Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your payment, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Some types of fees are exempt from being refunded. It should be indicated in the fee’s description whether it is refundable or non-refundable.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of payment.
Issuance of Refunds
Once your request for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
